Description

Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an ICU position in California requiring a CA RN license, BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certification.

Responsibilities

Work in the ICU of a hospital
Day shift, 3x12 hour shifts from 7:00 to 19:30
Weekend rotation is required
Floating to other units as needed
No on-call requirements
Only one holiday request for time off will be approved during the contract
Must be available to complete lab work within 3-5 days of signing the contract
Two supervisor references from the past two years are required for consideration

Requirements

Active California RN license required
Current BLS and ACLS certifications through AHA required
NIHSS certification required
A minimum of 3 years of ICU experience is required; 4 years preferred
Must comply with a 50 mile radius rule
Return staff must have at least 1 year since previous employment with the facility

Pros

Sebrona was so helpful and quick to respond. She is kind and patient. She was able to get me the job I wanted with excellent pay. After she done her part she continued to check in with me to see how the compliance part was going. I felt comfortable with asking her questions even though it wasn’t the department she worked in. She would reach out to others and get the answer or be sure they contacted me.
