Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist with an active CA License, ACLS, BLS, Fluoro Permit, and at least 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Work in the Interventional Radiology Lab supporting cardiologists, radiologists, and registered nurses
Day shift with 4x10 hour schedules, variable start times between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM
Every third weekend coverage required
On-call required as needed
Responsibilities include performing procedures and technical analysis under physician supervision and providing support to the care team
Mentors and trains students as needed
Must adhere to privacy and safety regulations at all times
Must meet a 50 mile radius requirement to be considered for travel status
Return staff must have been gone at least 1 year to be eligible
Only one holiday off will be approved during the contract
Candidate must be available to complete lab work within 3-5 days of signing the contract

Requirements

Active CA License
Current ACLS and BLS certifications
Fluoroscopy Permit required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in interventional radiology
License required if applicable

Pros

Sebrona was so helpful and quick to respond. She is kind and patient. She was able to get me the job I wanted with excellent pay. After she done her part she continued to check in with me to see how the compliance part was going. I felt comfortable with asking her questions even though it wasn’t the department she worked in. She would reach out to others and get the answer or be sure they contacted me.
