Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Cardiac Telemetry assignment requiring a NH or compact license and recent tele experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Cardiac Med/Surg Telemetry unit of a hospital
• Patient population includes cardiac medical and telemetry cases
• Night shift, 7:00PM to 7:00AM
• 13-week contract assignment
• No local candidates accepted due to a 50-mile radius requirement
• Main responsibilities include caring for cardiac and telemetry patients
• Certification documents and license verification must be submitted for review
• No Canadian SSNs will be accepted
• Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility

Requirements

• Active NH or compact RN license required
• At least 1 year of recent specialty experience in Cardiac Telemetry
• Current AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current ACLS certification required
• NIH Stroke Certification required
• Must provide valid US Social Security Number and date of birth for consideration
• Must provide at least one professional reference
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
