Job Description
American Traveler is hiring a MRI Technologist with 2+ years of recent MRI experience and EPIC EMR proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Work in an MRI department performing imaging procedures
- Day shifts from 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM
- No blocked scheduling is permitted
- Epic EMR experience is required
- Assignment is 13 weeks in length
- Call outs exceeding three in a 13 week period may lead to contract termination, and make up shifts are required within 6 weeks of a call out
- Requested time off must be submitted with initial application
- Travel pairs are not allowed
- Applicants residing in specified local counties within a 50 mile radius are not eligible
- Travelers may only apply to one position at a time
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience as an MRI Technologist
- Active NYS license required if applicable
- Certifications must be from AHA or RQI
- Proficiency with Epic EMR is required
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- US Social Security Number required for consideration
- Medical documentation required for flu exemptions; personal or religious exemptions are not accepted

Pros
Sebrona was so helpful and quick to respond. She is kind and patient. She was able to get me the job I wanted with excellent pay. After she done her part she continued to check in with me to see how the compliance part was going. I felt comfortable with asking her questions even though it wasn’t the department she worked in. She would reach out to others and get the answer or be sure they contacted me.
