Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient, weekday position requiring an active OR license and BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Outpatient rehabilitation setting with a variety of services, including sports, orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and stroke rehab
- Services provided also include balance and dizziness rehab, wheelchair seating, and care for neck, back, and extremities
- Day shift schedule from 07:00 to 17:30 with no weekends
- Position is based out of Sweet Home, Oregon with travel to multiple points of care
- Responsibilities include evaluation and treatment of patients with decreased physical mobility or functional independence
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team
- No COVID-19 vaccination requirement specified
- Professional appearance consistent with outpatient rehabilitation setting
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required if applicable
- Minimum of 1 year of recent outpatient PT experience
- Current Healthcare Provider level BLS certification required
- Ability to travel to different care locations as needed
