Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a seasonal travel RN for a Telemetry unit with night shifts and a MO or compact RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Medical Telemetry unit of a hospital setting
• Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Assignment is seasonal and spans approximately 13 weeks
• Care provided to adult telemetry patients
• Responsibilities include delivering specialized telemetry care to adult patients and monitoring cardiac rhythms
• Holiday and weekend coverage may be required as part of the schedule
• Assignment is not open to local candidates due to radius rules

Requirements

• Active MO or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a telemetry specialty
• Current BLS and ACLS from AHA or ARC with no certifications expiring within 30 days of start
• NIH Stroke Certification required
• Two professional references required for Missouri
• No work history gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility (no local candidates accepted)
• US Social Security Number and date of birth are required for consideration
