Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele Trauma position on a day shift with requirement for an active AL or compact RN license and recent specialty experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in a hospital setting on the Med/Surg Telemetry Trauma unit
- Day shift schedule from 07:00 to 19:00
- Assignment length is 13 weeks
- Virtual orientation is provided with competency-based modules
- Local candidates are accepted at the same rate without mile restrictions
- Uses Meditech EMR
- Virtual orientation includes competency-based modules instead of HealthStream modules
- Timekeeping is managed through Centricity
- Local candidates are welcome to apply at the same rate
Requirements
- Active AL or compact RN license is required; no pending or temporary licenses accepted
- No past or current license violations ('hits') allowed
- Minimum of 2 years total RN experience, with at least 1 year of recent experience in the specialty
- Current resume, license verification, and driver's license required for consideration
