Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele Trauma position on a day shift with requirement for an active AL or compact RN license and recent specialty experience.

Responsibilities

Work in a hospital setting on the Med/Surg Telemetry Trauma unit
Day shift schedule from 07:00 to 19:00
Assignment length is 13 weeks
Virtual orientation is provided with competency-based modules
Local candidates are accepted at the same rate without mile restrictions
Uses Meditech EMR
Virtual orientation includes competency-based modules instead of HealthStream modules
Timekeeping is managed through Centricity
Local candidates are welcome to apply at the same rate

Requirements

Active AL or compact RN license is required; no pending or temporary licenses accepted
No past or current license violations ('hits') allowed
Minimum of 2 years total RN experience, with at least 1 year of recent experience in the specialty
Current resume, license verification, and driver's license required for consideration

Pros

Sebrona was so helpful and quick to respond. She is kind and patient. She was able to get me the job I wanted with excellent pay. After she done her part she continued to check in with me to see how the compliance part was going. I felt comfortable with asking her questions even though it wasn’t the department she worked in. She would reach out to others and get the answer or be sure they contacted me.
