Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN with a GA or compact license and at least two years of specialty experience.

Responsibilities

Position is based in an outpatient surgery center setting
Specializes in orthopedic and sports medicine surgical cases
Ten-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 6:45am – 5:15pm
Thirteen-week contract assignment
No on-call requirements
Returning staff who were previously employed must have a two-year break before returning as travelers
All requests for time off must be submitted at the time of application
A professional, team-oriented environment with a focus on orthopedic procedures
Specific dress code or scrub color requirements will be provided prior to start

Requirements

Active GA or compact RN license required
Minimum of two years of recent Operating Room RN experience
Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility

Pros

Sebrona was so helpful and quick to respond. She is kind and patient. She was able to get me the job I wanted with excellent pay. After she done her part she continued to check in with me to see how the compliance part was going. I felt comfortable with asking her questions even though it wasn’t the department she worked in. She would reach out to others and get the answer or be sure they contacted me.
