Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN with at least one year of recent OR experience and a NM or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Operating Room position in a hospital setting
• Day shifts, 4x12 hours from 6:45 to 19:15
• Call is required as part of the schedule
• Assignment is 13 weeks in duration
• EMR system is Epic, experience is preferred
• Locals within 50 miles are not eligible
• First time travelers are accepted
• No travel pairs or groups will be considered
• No more than 3 days of requested time off will be automatically approved
• No requested time off allowed during the first week of orientation

Requirements

• Active NM or compact RN license required at time of consideration
• Minimum 1-2 years recent OR RN experience required
• Previous travel experience is preferred
• Epic charting system experience is preferred
• Former permanent staff must have a 1-year separation before eligibility as a traveler
