Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Echo Technologist/Cardiac Sonographer with a minimum of 3 years stress echo experience and ARDMS or CCI registration.
Responsibilities
- Position is in a hospital-based cardiology unit
- Day shift, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, five 8-hour shifts per week
- Some weekend and holiday coverage may be required
- No scheduled rotation or call
- 13-week assignment
- May be required to work some weekends and holidays
- Candidates must provide two references, including one from a Nurse Manager or higher
- Scrub color is not specified
- A 75-mile radius rule applies for eligibility for surgical and miscellaneous techs
- First-time travelers are not excluded
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience performing echocardiograms, including stress echo
- ARDMS or CCI certification required
- Must pass an EKG test
- License required if applicable
