Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Nurse for an Interventional Radiology position, requiring a GA or compact RN license and at least one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital-based Interventional Radiology unit
• Day shift schedule, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Every other weekend is required
• Five nights of on-call per month, rotating with existing staff
• Floating may be required within facility and scope of practice as needed
• Assignment accepts both local and travel nurses at the same rate
• Applicants must be able to work assigned holidays as per facility policy
• No blocked scheduling is permitted
• Return travelers must have completed a successful assignment outside Piedmont before rebooking if previously deemed unable to return
• Compliance with all facility requirements is mandatory to begin on time
• A maximum of 7 days of requested time off is allowed per assignment

Requirements

• Active GA or compact RN license required
• Minimum of one year of RN experience required
• Unit accepts first-time travelers
• Two supervisory references required for consideration
• Must be away from all Piedmont facilities for one full year to return as a traveler if previously employed as perm or PRN
