Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray with at least 2 years of experience and ARRT and BLS certification for a Level 1 Trauma Center assignment.

Responsibilities

• Work in a Level 1 Trauma Center providing X-Ray imaging for ED, inpatient, and OR settings
• Serve pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations
• Day shifts, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Rotating weekends every 6th week and coverage of 50% of holidays during the assignment
• Experience with Siemens, Mckesson, or GE equipment preferred
• Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required
• Responsibilities include producing diagnostic X-Ray images in fast-paced environments and supporting trauma and surgical teams
• Position will accept first-time travelers
• 75-mile radius rule applies; local candidates considered at a reduced rate
• Must be able to work assigned shifts, weekends, and at least half of the holidays during the contract
• All requested time off must be included at time of consideration
• Scrub requirements not specified

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years radiology experience with at least 1 year in X-Ray specialty
• Current ARRT and BLS certifications required
• Experience in trauma, emergency, inpatient, and operating room settings is required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Active MO or Compact state license required at time of consideration (license required if applicable)
