Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Medical Unit Med/Surg assignment requiring an IA or compact RN license and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

Position is in the Medical Unit of a hospital
Night shift schedule from 18:00 to 06:00
13-week contract assignment
Every third weekend is required
Must provide scanned copies of BLS certification (front and back)
Weekend and night shift coverage is required according to the schedule
COVID vaccination card may be required
References and Nursys license verification will be requested for consideration

Requirements

Active Iowa or compact RN license required
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
License/certificate verification must be completed within 30 days of assignment start

Sebrona was so helpful and quick to respond. She is kind and patient. She was able to get me the job I wanted with excellent pay. After she done her part she continued to check in with me to see how the compliance part was going. I felt comfortable with asking her questions even though it wasn’t the department she worked in. She would reach out to others and get the answer or be sure they contacted me.
