Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist with at least 6 months of recent experience for a day shift contract.

Responsibilities

Work in the Special Procedures Radiology unit
Day shift schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Assignment duration is approximately 14 weeks
Setting is a hospital-based interventional radiology department
Position does not allow local candidates within a 50-mile radius
Candidates must submit copies of all relevant certifications along with application materials
Compliance with dress code and hospital policies is expected at all times
References may be state-specific; one professional reference required for most states
No local candidates are permitted due to a 50-mile radius rule

Requirements

Minimum of 6 months recent experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist within the last 6 months
Active license required if applicable
Appropriate professional certification(s) required
American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) certifications accepted; credentials must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment
U.S. Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
No gaps in work history equaling 90 days or more in the past 12 months
Professional reference required

Pros

Sebrona was so helpful and quick to respond. She is kind and patient. She was able to get me the job I wanted with excellent pay. After she done her part she continued to check in with me to see how the compliance part was going. I felt comfortable with asking her questions even though it wasn’t the department she worked in. She would reach out to others and get the answer or be sure they contacted me.
