Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Med/Surg RN for a night shift contract in a Med Tele unit, requiring a TX or compact RN license and at least one year of recent specialty experience.
Responsibilities
- Position is in a Med Tele unit within a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule from 7 PM to 7 AM
- 13-week contract assignment
- Care for adult patients with medical and telemetry monitoring needs
- Responsibilities include providing direct patient care in a fast-paced Med Tele environment
- 50 mile radius rule applies and local candidates within 50 miles are not eligible
- Current copy of certifications and license verification required for consideration
Requirements
- Active TX or Compact RN license required
- Minimum of 1 year recent Med/Surg or Med Tele RN experience
- Current AHA or ARC BLS certification required
- No gaps in work history equaling 90 days or more in the past 12 months
- Must provide reference as required by state regulations

Sebrona was so helpful and quick to respond. She is kind and patient. She was able to get me the job I wanted with excellent pay. After she done her part she continued to check in with me to see how the compliance part was going. I felt comfortable with asking her questions even though it wasn’t the department she worked in.
