Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Med/Surg RN for a night shift contract in a Med Tele unit, requiring a TX or compact RN license and at least one year of recent specialty experience.

Responsibilities

Position is in a Med Tele unit within a hospital setting
Night shift schedule from 7 PM to 7 AM
13-week contract assignment
Care for adult patients with medical and telemetry monitoring needs
Responsibilities include providing direct patient care in a fast-paced Med Tele environment
50 mile radius rule applies and local candidates within 50 miles are not eligible
Current copy of certifications and license verification required for consideration

Requirements

Active TX or Compact RN license required
Minimum of 1 year recent Med/Surg or Med Tele RN experience
Current AHA or ARC BLS certification required
No gaps in work history equaling 90 days or more in the past 12 months
Must provide reference as required by state regulations

Pros

Sebrona was so helpful and quick to respond. She is kind and patient. She was able to get me the job I wanted with excellent pay. After she done her part she continued to check in with me to see how the compliance part was going. I felt comfortable with asking her questions even though it wasn’t the department she worked in. She would reach out to others and get the answer or be sure they contacted me.
