Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN with a TX or compact license for a day shift Emergency Department position.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Emergency Department within a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule from 07:00 to 19:00
• Assignment length is 13 weeks
• Position requires working with diverse emergency cases across all patient populations
• Previous permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years are not eligible
• Requests for time off must be less than 1 week
• First-time travelers will be considered for this assignment

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in the Emergency Department specialty
• Certifications must be active and not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
