Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry Float Pool position requiring an active MA RN license and travel nursing background.

Responsibilities

Work in the Float Pool covering Med/Surg and Telemetry units in a hospital setting
12-hour day shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., three shifts per week
Every other weekend and every other holiday are required
No on-call requirement
Experience with telemetry monitoring is required
Meditech EMR system used; experience preferred but can be waived for strong candidates
Role includes floating between Med/Surg and Telemetry departments as needed
Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for full travel pay rate
Local candidates will be considered at a reduced pay rate
Participation in care during assigned holidays is required

Requirements

Active Massachusetts RN license required
Current BLS certification required
Prior travel nursing experience required
Recent Med/Surg and Telemetry nursing experience required
