Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN with at least 3 years of ER experience and an active AZ or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Position is in a hospital Emergency Room setting
• 12-hour night shifts from 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM, totaling 36 hours per week
• 13-week travel assignment
• Some call shifts required, with 24-hour duration
• Uses Meditech 6.0 EMR; experience preferred
• Previous travel experience is strongly preferred
• No more than 3 days of requested time off allowed during the 13-week contract
• Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts during the assignment
• Night and weekend holiday coverage may be expected
• Meditech 6.0 EMR experience is a plus

Requirements

• Active AZ or compact state RN license required
• Minimum of 3 years Emergency Room RN experience
• Current certifications required: ACLS, BLS (BCLS), PALS, NRP, ATT, ENPC, TNCC, NIHSS, STABLE
• Flu vaccine required with no exceptions
• Cannot have a permanent address within 100 miles of the facility
