Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN with a current NY license and EPIC experience for a day shift travel assignment.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Operating Room setting of a hospital
• Day shifts from 07:00 to 17:30
• Assignment length is 13 weeks
• Uses EPIC EMR, prior experience required
• No blocked scheduling allowed
• No local candidates accepted from specified counties within a 50 mile radius
• No more than 3 call outs allowed in a 13 week period; make-up shifts must be completed within 6 weeks of the last call out
• RTO (requested time off) must be submitted with application
• Travel pairs are not allowed for this position

Requirements

• Active NY RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years recent OR RN experience
• Certifications from AHA or RQI required
• Experience using EPIC EMR is required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number required for consideration
• Medical exemptions for flu vaccine must be signed by a licensed professional
