Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift ICU position in acute care, requiring AK RN license and 2 years of ICU experience.
Responsibilities
- Position is in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) within an acute care setting
- Facility has 18 acute care beds and 2 ICU beds
- Traveler may be assigned both ICU and acute care patients
- Night shifts with 12-hour shift length
- Uses TruBridge - Evident charting system
- Responsibilities include providing critical care to ICU and acute care patients as assigned
- Night shift coverage is required
- Orientation hours are not provided for this assignment
Requirements
- Active Alaska RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience required
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Charge RN applicants must have 1 year of recent charge or relief charge nurse experience in addition to ICU experience
