Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN with a Montana or compact license and 2 years of circulating experience for a Surgical Services role.

Responsibilities

• Position is in a hospital Surgical Services setting with OR circulating duties
• Cares for both adult and pediatric surgical patients
• Responsibilities include intraoperative and post-anesthesia care (PACU), as well as on-call PACU coverage
• Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 6:30am-3:00pm, 8-hour shifts with rotating call
• Responsibilities include pre-op, intraoperative, and post-op care as well as after-hours PACU coverage
• Position requires effective assessment, planning, and evaluation of perioperative care for surgical patients
• Team-oriented work environment that supports both patients and surgical team members
• No COVID-19 vaccination requirement specified for this assignment

Requirements

• Active RN license from Montana or compact state required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Operating Room circulating experience
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Additional certifications such as CPI, ENPC, RNFA, TNCC, AWHONN, NIHSS, STABLE, ASLS, NBSTSA, APHON, CMA, CCMA, RMA, and C-EFM are preferred or may be required for consideration
