Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a hospital-based IR unit requiring 2+ years of experience and active ARRT (CV) certification.

Responsibilities

Acute care hospital setting in the Interventional Radiology (IR) unit
Day shift with 4x10 hour shifts per week
Utilizes Epic EMR system
Trauma level unit
No local candidates; must live more than 50 miles from the facility
No blocked scheduling or special scheduling requests permitted
Permanent employees must be separated for at least one year before applying as a traveler
24 hours of orientation provided

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years Interventional Radiology experience required
Current ARRT, ARRT (CV), and BLS certifications required
Active state license required if applicable; pending licenses not accepted
Must provide a valid driver's license
Two professional references required: one supervisor reference from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor reference from within the last 3 years, must include dates of employment and eligibility for rehire

Pros

Sebrona was so helpful and quick to respond. She is kind and patient. She was able to get me the job I wanted with excellent pay. After she done her part she continued to check in with me to see how the compliance part was going. I felt comfortable with asking her questions even though it wasn’t the department she worked in. She would reach out to others and get the answer or be sure they contacted me.
