Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced NICU RN with a current CA license, BLS, and NRP certifications for a Level II Neonatal ICU day shift assignment.

Responsibilities

• Work in a Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting
• Three 12-hour day shifts per week, 7:00 to 19:00
• Tube feeding procedures are required
• No local candidates accepted
• Experience in Charge RN role is preferred
• First-time travelers will be considered for this position
• Finalized requests for time off must be provided up front and no full calendar weeks of RTO are accepted
• No housing expense support is provided for this assignment

Requirements

• Active CA RN license in hand prior to consideration
• Minimum of 2 years of Level II NICU RN experience required
• Current BLS and NRP certifications required
• STABLE certification preferred
• Must provide two supervisor references obtained within the last 18 months
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required
• Permanent staff must be separated for a minimum of six months before applying
