Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position requiring 18 months of recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience and an active OH or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Work in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit within a hospital setting
• Night shifts consisting of three 12-hour shifts per week, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Care for adult patients requiring medical-surgical and telemetry monitoring
• Must be able to work at least every other holiday
• Assignments at any Cleveland Clinic location may not exceed 18 consecutive months, with a 6-month waiting period before returning
• Use of Qualivis – Lotus system for submitting hours worked
• PBDS Assessment is waived
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply

Requirements

• Active OH or compact RN license in hand
• Minimum of 18 months recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation
