Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for a full-time day shift travel position requiring 2 years of recent experience.

Responsibilities

• Position is in an Occupational Therapy department
• Day shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 13-week travel assignment
• Setting is a hospital-based occupational therapy unit
• No local candidates accepted; must reside at least 50 miles from facility
• Documentation must include application, references, and proof of license and certifications if noted
• Hospital-based team environment providing occupational therapy services to diverse patient populations

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist license required if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of recent relevant occupational therapy experience
• Must have 6 months of experience within the last 6 months in the role
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
• Professional reference requirements vary by state: two in Florida and Missouri, one in other states
