Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced MRI Technologist for night shifts in a busy inpatient MRI department with ARRT (MRI) and BLS required.

Responsibilities

Work in a busy inpatient MRI department
12-hour night shifts, Friday through Sunday, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
3 shifts per week for a 13-week assignment
No call required
Uses Cerner EMR system
Must be able to work independently
Returning permanent staff must have a 2-year break before being considered as travelers
Requested time off must be submitted up front and cannot be requested after offer
Strict credentialing standards must be met before the assignment start
Badge photo submission required upon offer acceptance
Scrubs or dress code requirements not specified

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in MRI
ARRT (MRI) certification required
BLS certification required
Experience with Cerner EMR is required
Must live at least 50 miles from the facility (no locals)
License required if applicable
