Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced MRI Technologist for night shifts in a busy inpatient MRI department with ARRT (MRI) and BLS required.
Responsibilities
- Work in a busy inpatient MRI department
- 12-hour night shifts, Friday through Sunday, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- 3 shifts per week for a 13-week assignment
- No call required
- Uses Cerner EMR system
- Must be able to work independently
- Returning permanent staff must have a 2-year break before being considered as travelers
- Requested time off must be submitted up front and cannot be requested after offer
- Strict credentialing standards must be met before the assignment start
- Badge photo submission required upon offer acceptance
- Scrubs or dress code requirements not specified
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in MRI
- ARRT (MRI) certification required
- BLS certification required
- Experience with Cerner EMR is required
- Must live at least 50 miles from the facility (no locals)
- License required if applicable
