Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery night shift position requiring a GA or compact license, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN certifications.

Responsibilities

Work in the labor, delivery, and recovery unit of a hospital
Care for laboring mothers and newborns
Night shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Three 12-hour shifts per week
13-week contract assignment
No on-call required
RTO (requested time off) must be submitted up front
References will be required for compliance after initial consideration
Must provide a badge photo upon offer acceptance
Adherence to hospital dress and conduct policy is expected

Requirements

Active GA or compact RN license required
Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience
Current BLS, NRP, and AWHONN certifications required
Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
Permanent staff returning as travelers must have a 2-year break
