Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Oncology position requiring GA or compact licensure and chemotherapy administration experience.

Responsibilities

Position is located in an outpatient oncology infusion center
Provides care to oncology and infusion patients
8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
13-week assignment
No on-call required
No local candidates within a 50-mile radius
Responsible for administering chemotherapy and providing oncology patient care
Returning perm staff may be considered as travelers only after a two-year break
Requested time off must be submitted up front and cannot be requested after an offer

Requirements

Active GA or compact RN license
Minimum of 2 years of specialty oncology experience
BLS certification required
Experience with chemotherapy administration required
