Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN with an active MA license and BLS certification for a hospital day shift assignment.

Responsibilities

Position based in a hospital Operating Room
Shifts are 10 hours, scheduled 6:30AM to 5:00PM, four days per week
Assignment is for 13 weeks
Call is required two times per month as well as one weekend every sixth weekend
No on-call responsibilities outside of scheduled call rotations
Must comply with a 50-mile radius rule; local travelers are accepted at a discounted rate
Responsibilities include circulating and scrubbing within the operating room as assigned
EMR system experience must be documented in the employment history
Submission of certification copies will be required

Requirements

Active MA RN license required
Current BLS certification required
Previous travel nursing experience required
Minimum two recent reference contacts needed for consideration
