Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position in North Carolina requiring at least one year of recent L&D experience and a current NC or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

Work in a hospital Labor and Delivery unit
Night shift schedule with 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), three shifts per week
Care for OB/L&D patient population
EMR system used is MEDITECH; experience with MEDITECH not required
Travel and L&D experience preferred
Responsible for providing care to laboring, delivering, and postpartum patients
Night shift role with participation as part of a multidisciplinary team
Two professional references are needed for consideration

Requirements

Active NC or compact RN license with no disciplinary actions
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
At least one year of current Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
Work experience must be documented within the past three years
