Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of experience for a full-time travel assignment in a rehabilitation center.
Details
- Position is in a rehabilitation center within the physical therapy department
- Work schedule is 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- 13-week contract assignment
- No local candidates permitted; 50-mile radius rule applies
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapy license required if applicable
- At least 2 years of recent experience as a Physical Therapist
- Must have 6 months of relevant experience within the last 6 months
- Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC required
- Social Security Number (US only) and date of birth required for consideration
- Professional references required: two for Florida and Missouri, one for all other states
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
Additional Information
- Physical Therapists are responsible for patient assessment, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy interventions
- Travelers are expected to integrate into a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team
- First-time travelers are considered based on required experience
- Candidates must be prepared to wear attire appropriate for a rehabilitation setting
