Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Med/Surg position requiring a TN or compact RN license and at least one year of recent Med/Surg experience.

Responsibilities

• Position is on a Medical/Surgical unit (Floor 1) in a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:00
• 13-week assignment duration
• Patient population includes general Med/Surg cases
• No local travelers accepted under a 50-mile radius rule
• RTO requests must be for less than one week
• Returning travelers with CHS permanent staff experience within the last two years are ineligible
• A driver’s license is required for consideration
• First-time travelers will be considered if all other requirements are met

Requirements

• Active TN or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year recent Med/Surg RN experience
• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of start
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Travelers who have worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years are not eligible
