Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift stepdown position, requiring a TN or compact license and recent specialty experience.

Responsibilities

• Position is in the stepdown unit of a hospital
• Night shifts from 19:00 to 07:00
• Thirteen-week assignment duration
• Care for patients needing intermediate-level monitoring between ICU and med-surg
• No local travelers accepted within a 50-mile radius
• Return travelers must not have worked as perm staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
• RTO requests must be less than 1 week
• Travelers must not reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility
• No Canadian Social Insurance Numbers accepted

Requirements

• Active RN license for TN or compact state required
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in stepdown or related specialty required
• All certifications must be active and not expire within 30 days of start
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
