Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a night shift position in an inpatient rehab setting, requiring a WA or compact RN license and a minimum of two years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient rehab nursing unit within a hospital
• Night shift schedule from 18:30 to 06:30
• 13-week contract assignment
• Serves a rehabilitation patient population
• No local candidates permitted within a 60-mile radius of the facility
• Provide nursing care and rehabilitation support to patients recovering from illness or injury
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team
• Dress code and scrubs policy will be provided upon assignment
• Assignment not open to first-time travelers
• Holiday coverage may be required according to the assigned schedule

Requirements

• Active WA or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years recent inpatient rehab nursing experience
• Current BLS certification (non-RQI)
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
• COVID-19 vaccination card required
• Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Cannot be employed full time elsewhere
