Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with at least 2 years of recent experience and New Hampshire licensure for a weekday assignment.

Responsibilities

• Work in a nuclear medicine department performing diagnostic imaging procedures using radioisotope materials and specialized equipment
• Five 8-hour day shifts each week for a 13-week contract
• No weekend or on-call requirements
• Patients are primarily adult and may require both diagnostic and treatment procedures
• Epic EMR experience is required
• Perform nuclear medicine diagnostic procedures with attention to accurate record keeping and safety protocols
• No non-billable orientation is provided
• Requests for block or alternative scheduling will not be accommodated
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the assignment location will not be considered
• Holiday shifts are compensated at a premium rate
• Requested time off must be submitted upfront; additional requests will not be approved
• Strong focus on professionalism and communication throughout the assignment

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of current Nuclear Medicine experience
• Active ARRT certification is required
• Active AHA BLS certification is required
• New Hampshire Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy License required if applicable
• Epic EMR experience is required
• Must have a personal vehicle for the assignment
• Max 5 days of requested time off allowed for consideration
• Previous travel experience preferred
• ACLS certification strongly preferred
