Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Pediatric ICU night shift position requiring a ME or compact RN license and at least two years of PICU experience.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) within a hospital setting
  • Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:30
  • 13-week assignment duration
  • Floating may be required within a 25-mile radius to other facilities as needed
  • No travel pairs or group placements are permitted
  • Local travelers within 90 miles of any MaineHealth facility are considered at a local rate
  • Returning employees must disclose employment at any MaineHealth facility within the past 12 months
  • Completion of all compliance and documentation requirements by the Monday prior to assignment start is mandatory

Requirements

  • Active ME or compact RN license required
  • Minimum of 2 years recent PICU nursing experience required
  • Driver’s license must be provided for consideration
