Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN - Operating Room Circulator with a GA or compact RN license and recent OR experience.

Responsibilities

• Position is based in a hospital surgical department
• Day shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• On-call responsibilities are required
• Patient care responsibilities in the operating room as a circulating nurse
• Primary responsibilities include circulating duties in the surgical operating room
• No local candidates accepted; candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility
• Proper documentation including application, licensing verification, and certifications required
• Scrub or dress code requirements as specified by the department

Requirements

• Active GA or compact RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of recent operating room RN experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC required
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth must be provided for consideration
• Professional references required according to state regulations
