Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a night shift ICU position requiring an AL or compact RN license and at least 1 year of recent ICU experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Patient population includes critically ill adults requiring intensive monitoring and care
• Local travelers within a 50-mile radius are not eligible
• Requested time off must be less than 1 week
• ICU nurses are responsible for managing complex patient care and monitoring
• Applicants must be able to complete orientation and fit into a critical care team environment

Requirements

• Active AL or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year recent ICU experience
• No certifications to expire within the first 30 days of assignment
• No work gaps of 90 days or more in the last 12 months
• Candidates must not have been permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
