Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position on a night shift, requiring an active AL or compact RN license and recent specialty experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital Med/Surg Telemetry unit specializing in respiratory patients
• Night shift position with hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week assignment
• Utilizes Meditech as the EMR system
• Orientation hours are provided as part of the contract
• Virtual orientation includes competency-based modules
• No HealthStream modules are required prior to starting
• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travelers with no mile restrictions
• Cardiac exam link is provided after offer acceptance and must be completed within a specified time window
• Timekeeping uses the Centricity system

Requirements

• Active AL or compact RN license required, with no prior or current license hits
• At least 2 years of RN experience with 1 year of recent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry
• No pending or temporary licenses accepted
• Required documents: resume, full SSN, references from the past year, license verification, and current driver's license
