Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Cardiac/Med-Surg Tele RN with a current CA RN license and cardiac care experience for a night shift assignment.

Responsibilities

• Hospital setting with floating between Cardiac Care (4:1 ratio) and Med-Surg (5:1 ratio) units
• Night shift schedule from 1900 to 0730
• Every other weekend is required
• Responsibilities span both Cardiac Progressive Care and Telemetry units
• Use of EPIC EMR system is required
• Must be able to float between cardiac and med-surg units as needed
• Night shift position with alternating weekend coverage
• SSN and date of birth are required for consideration

Requirements

• Current and active CA RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent RN experience in cardiac care
• Certifications required: BLS/BCLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Experience with EPIC EMR system required
