Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient role focused on post-surgical patients, with preference for outpatient experience.

Responsibilities

  • Outpatient therapy setting with 100% outpatient caseload
  • 50% of patient population is post-surgical
  • Productivity expectation is 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients per day
  • Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected
  • 8-hour day shifts
  • No floating to other clinics is required
  • No on-call duties
  • Responsibilities include managing a full outpatient therapy caseload with a focus on post-surgical patients
  • Must be comfortable handling productivity expectations and double-booked appointments
  • Local candidates within 50 miles are eligible for local pay rates
  • OT must be pre-approved by the director
  • 36 hours per week are guaranteed with the potential to work up to 40 hours

Requirements

  • Outpatient experience preferred
  • Will accept new graduates
  • Will consider first-time travelers
  • Active state license required if applicable
  • Active Colorado license is required if working in Colorado, as compact PT license is not accepted
