Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Emergency Department position requiring a MN RN license and at least two years of ER and Med Surg experience.

Responsibilities

Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital
Night shifts, four 12-hour shifts per week from 19:00 to 07:00
Float between Emergency Room and Medical-Surgical units as needed
Full-time, 13-week assignment
Must be comfortable floating between ER and Med Surg units as staffing needs require
Orientation will be provided to both units as needed
Night and weekend coverage may be required according to hospital scheduling
Appropriate support staff and resources are available in each unit

Requirements

Active MN RN license required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the ER or Med Surg setting
Current certifications required: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
