Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of experience for a home health travel assignment with dayshift hours.
Responsibilities
- Home health setting serving the Cumberland area
- Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Assignment length is 13 weeks
- Requires flexibility to float within a 25-mile radius to other facilities as needed
- Patient population includes individuals receiving care in their homes
- Responsibilities include providing physical therapy evaluations and treatments in home settings
- No travel pairs or groups are permitted
- Local travelers within 90 miles are considered local and are ineligible for assignment extensions
- Candidates who have worked at any related facility within the past 12 months must disclose this for consideration
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Physical Therapist
- Driver’s license required
- License required if applicable
- Ability to travel between patients' residences and local facilities
- Submission of scanned SSN and date of birth required for consideration
