Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of experience for a home health travel assignment with dayshift hours.

Responsibilities

Home health setting serving the Cumberland area
Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Assignment length is 13 weeks
Requires flexibility to float within a 25-mile radius to other facilities as needed
Patient population includes individuals receiving care in their homes
Responsibilities include providing physical therapy evaluations and treatments in home settings
No travel pairs or groups are permitted
Local travelers within 90 miles are considered local and are ineligible for assignment extensions
Candidates who have worked at any related facility within the past 12 months must disclose this for consideration

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Physical Therapist
Driver’s license required
License required if applicable
Ability to travel between patients' residences and local facilities
Submission of scanned SSN and date of birth required for consideration
