Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a 12-hour day shift Interventional Radiology position in Massachusetts, requiring Epic proficiency and recent travel nursing experience.

Responsibilities

Work in an Interventional Radiology unit within a hospital setting
12-hour day shifts from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, three shifts per week
No on-call requirements
Weekend call rotation as part of the schedule
Epic is the electronic medical record (EMR) system used and experience is required
12-week contract with possible extension
Duties include providing nursing care in interventional radiology procedures and supporting the radiology team
Bi-weekly orientation provided
Scrubs may be any color
No block scheduling permitted
No more than five days of requested time off allowed
Local candidates are accepted at a different rate

Requirements

Active MA RN license required
AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required
Recent travel nursing experience is required; first-time travelers are not accepted
Experience working in Interventional Radiology highly preferred
Flu vaccination required for consideration
Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel rate
Up-to-date resume and two recent supervisor references in specialty required
