Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN with a LA or compact license and orthopedic, DaVinci, and trauma experience.

Responsibilities

• Position is in the Operating Room within a hospital setting
• Day shifts with a 5x8 schedule from 10:00 to 19:00
• Call duties are required during the assignment
• Patient population includes general, orthopedic, and trauma surgical cases
• Utilizes DaVinci surgical system for applicable procedures
• Perform circulating and scrub responsibilities for a variety of surgical procedures
• Reliable participation in on-call rotation is mandatory
• Two professional references are required for consideration
• PDF copy of a valid driver’s license and Social Security card are required at time of consideration

Requirements

• Active LA state or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room RN experience is required; 5 years preferred
• Travel nursing experience preferred
• Experience with orthopedic, DaVinci (General), and trauma cases required
