Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery LDRP position in Massachusetts requiring a BSN and current L&D and Postpartum experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Mother Baby (LDRP) hospital setting
• Patient population includes laboring mothers, newborns, and postpartum patients
• Must have reliable personal vehicle for transportation
• Must provide all scheduling and time-off requests at the time of application; requests after an offer may result in the offer being rescinded
• Permanent address must be provided for consideration
• No more than 5 days of requested time off will be considered
• Role involves care for mothers throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum, as well as for newborns
• All required documentation and certifications must be submitted before consideration

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Minimum 2 years of current Labor & Delivery experience required
• Current experience in Postpartum/Mother-Baby required
• Active BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
• Active NRP certification required
• Active STABLE certification required
• Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Mother Baby skills checklists current within 1 year required
• One supervisory signed reference from the past two years required
