Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Neonatal ICU position in Massachusetts requiring an active MA RN license and NRP certification.
Responsibilities
- Work in a Level III NICU providing advanced care for neonatal patients
- Rotating shifts with a 3x12-hour schedule totaling 36 hours per week
- Required to work 4 weekend shifts within each 4-week schedule
- Uses Epic charting system
- Responsible for delivering advanced nursing care to critically ill newborns in a dynamic NICU environment
- Public transportation and paid parking options available; no validated parking provided on-site
- Local candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to receive the standard travel rate
- Must provide two professional references for consideration
Requirements
- Active unrestricted MA RN license required at time of consideration; no pending or conditional licenses accepted
- Minimum 2 years of recent NICU RN experience required
- Current NRP certification through AHA required
- Primary source verification of nursing license through NURSYS and Board of Nursing required
- Flu vaccination required with no medical or religious exemptions allowed
