Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position requiring an active NC or compact RN license and at least two years of stepdown experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Progressive Care Stepdown Transitional unit
• Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• 13-week contract assignment
• Permanent address must be at least 60 miles from the facility
• Candidates must meet all clinical and documentation requirements prior to start
• First-time travelers are not restricted from consideration

Requirements

• Active NC or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years recent Progressive Care or Stepdown experience
• Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Cannot be employed full time elsewhere
• Date of birth and Social Security number required for consideration
• COVID vaccination card required
• RQI certifications are not accepted
