Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an MRI Technologist with 2+ years of recent hospital-based MRI experience and current NYS licensure.

Responsibilities

Position is based in a hospital setting
Work schedule is 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
Responsible for performing MRI procedures on a variety of patient populations
Local candidates within 60 miles are accepted at a reduced rate
All certifications must remain valid for the duration of the assignment; renewal receipts or scheduled course dates are accepted if expiring
Team environment focused on patient care and safety

Requirements

NYS DOH Radiologic Technologist License required if applicable
NYS Injection License required
ARRT certification with R.T. (R) (MR)
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum of 2 years recent MRI experience in a hospital setting
Two professional references from prior year in MRI specialty from a manager or above
