Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for night shifts with at least 6 months of recent MRI experience and appropriate licensure if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Position is in an MRI department within a hospital setting
• Works Saturday through Monday, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Role involves operating MRI equipment and performing imaging procedures as scheduled
• No local candidates accepted; a 50-mile radius rule applies
• Must provide application, skills checklist, professional references, license verification, and copies of relevant certifications for consideration
• Duties include operating MRI equipment, ensuring image quality, following safety protocols, and adhering to department procedures

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months MRI experience within the last 6 months required
• Active state license required if applicable
• Relevant certification required; AHA or ARC certifications accepted, must be valid through assignment
• Two professional references required for candidates from Florida or Missouri; one reference required from other states
• Background must show no gaps in work history equaling 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• A US Social Security Number and date of birth are required for consideration (no Canadian SSNs accepted)
